Chief Justin Roy Moore Sharing His Thought on Gay Marriage

Alabama’s Chief Justice Roy Moore appeared on CNN earlier this morning. He shared his thoughts on U.S. District Judge Callie Grande overturning Alabama’s ban on same-sex marriage. Moore says gay marriage is violating the U-S Constitution.
“in this case the federal district court cannot be extended to the state courts because it’s an opinion on her law, if it was a law, the united states supreme court wouldn’t be meeting would they, it’s her opinion, it’s her opinion. her opinion is not a law” says Moore.
