Luverne High School Among Top 100 Schools in the State

One South Alabama High school made the top 100 among high schools in the state, and the principal says even with the accomplishment the school is looking to do even more.

 

Luverne High School is named one of the top 100 high schools in the state, according to the 2015 Niche rankings, coming in at number 36. According to the report Luverne High received an A minus in academics, and B for teacher’s overall work. Not only did the school rank for their academics, but also helping students with their future ambitions.

 

School officials say they’re looking to do even more this year, like incorporating new technologies like IPads in the classroom. The schools principal says the high schools graduation rate last year was 98 percent, one of the highest rates in the state.
