Roy Moore’s Son Arrested, Charged With Drug Possession

The son of Alabama Chief Justice Roy Moore was arrested Sunday and charged with possession of controlled substance and marijuana. Caleb Moore was taken to the Pike County Jail but was released on a $8,500 bond. This is not Caleb’s first run in with the law. He was arrested in 2011. State troopers in Crenshaw County pulled Moore over for speeding. He was then arrested and charged with a controlled substance D-U-I, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Moore, then 20, applied to be classified as a youthful offender.
