People Gathered for the 13th Annual Troy Festival
It’s a big weekend for the city of Troy.
The 13th annual Troy Fest Arts and Crafts Festival is in downtown Troy.
More than 100 vendors are out on the square selling arts, crafts and food.
This event draws more than 10-thousand people in a typical year.
While the festival wrapped up early today because of thunderstorms, the weather did not dampen excitement for the big event.
Troy fest continues tomorrow starting at 10 in the morning, and it lasts until 4.
