New All Boys Academy Set to Open This Fall in Montgomery

Plans are in the works to bring an all boys school to Montgomery. The school is called Valiant Cross Academy. It’s Started by brothers Frederick and Anthony Brock. The new school is christian based, and will target African American Boys in West Montgomery. The owners will use the McIntyre Community Center to house the school. The school will start with six grade boys, adding a grade each year. They to to become a sixth thru 12th grade academy. The Brock brothers say it’s all about giving students structure, and guidance.
