Millbrook Police Make Arrest in Highway 14 Shooting
A Prattville man is behind bars in connection with a lunchtime shooting that happened in Millbrook Monday, May 4 near the McDonald’s on Highway 14. 23-year-old Deayre Martel Jones is charged with discharging a firearm into an occupied vehicle. Jones was taken into the custody at a home in Millbrook Friday. No one was injured in the shooting. According to the police, the incident was the result on an ongoing dispute between two families. Police say the investigation continues and more arrests could be made in the case.
