Arrest Made in Memorial Day Homicide
Montgomery Police have made an arrest in the Memorial Day homicide.
42-year-old Tyrone Foster has been charged with one count of murder for the shooting death of 32-year-old Cody Woodruff. Foster was taken into custody by U.S. Marshals Friday in Greenville.
The shooting happened on Memorial Day around 8pm in the 2800 block of Lower Wetumpka Road.
Woodruff was pronounced dead on the scene.
Foster is being held in the Montgomery County detention facility under a $250,000 bond.
