MONTGOMERY, AL — Former Alabama State football coach Reggie Barlow stopped by Courtney Ward’s basketball camp to teach the kids about positive attitudes.

Barlow emphasized the need for a good education and a good attitude in order to stay in athletics for a long time.

“Many of these kids are really young,” said Barlow. “But this is a great opportunity to tell them about those core characteristic things that will allow them to be good students, be good citizens in the community, and ultimately be good student-athletes.”

Tuesday was day two of Ward’s camp. The camp is hosted at Jeff Davis High School where Ward played, before she went to Florida State. She broke several records while with the Seminoles.
