Homeowner Shoots, Kills Alleged Intruder
Montgomery Police are investigating an early morning shooting death of a man Friday, following a home break-in. Lt. Denise Barnes with the Montgomery Police Department says it happened in the 1700 block of Gibson Street. Barnes says the victim was transported to the hospital where he later died. Investigators say the homeowner fatally shot man after he allegedly broke into the home. Police say they are actively searching for more suspects related to this case.
