Carver’s Carleton Williams Receives UGA Basketball Offer

MONTGOMERY, AL — Carver basketball prospect Carleton Williams recieved his first basketball scholarship offer from the University of Georgia.
The 6-foot-10 forward is drawing interest from many colleges, but his first offer came from Mark Fox and UGA.
“That’s my only offer, but I’ve been listening to other mid-majors like Murray State, UAB, and places like that,” said Williams. “It feels good. It just shows the hard work is paying off by being in the gym everyday and being with my teammates.”
Williams tranferred from West Aurora High School in Illinois prior to the 2014-15 season. He helped the Wolverines win their 2nd championship in four years this past season.
