City Council Candidate Holds Summer Jazz Meet and Greet
Montgomery City Council District Five Candidate Phyllis Harvey-Hall wrapped up her Summer Jazz Concert Meet and Greet Sunday afternoon.
The event was held at the Capital City Club in downtown Montgomery, and it featured a jazz band and free food. The event was a fundraiser for Harvey-Halls’ campaign.
The election is on August 25th.
