Marine Police Recovers Missing Woman from the Black Warrior River

Alabama Marine Police have recovered the body of a missing woman from the Black Warrior river in Demopolis.
WIAT in Birmingham is reporting that 36-year-old Virginia Williamson of meridian, mississippi was found about 1:30 this afternoon.
Police say she jumped off a boat while on the river around eight o’clock last night near the Cypress Cove Subdivision.
Marine Police, along with Tuscaloosa’s Water rescue team, the Greene County Sheriff’s office, and dempolis Police Department worked together in the search.
