Man Dead After Failed Robbery Attempt

One man is dead after a Friday night shooting in Montgomery.
The shooting happened in the 500 block of Eastdale Road just before eight o’clock last night.
Police say they got to the scene and learned a man with a gunshot wound had been taken to a hospital in a private car, where he later died.
After investigating, police say the victim and two others tried to rob another man, but only one was shot in the process.
The two other suspects, 20-year-old Javoski Green and 19-year-old Cordarius McQueen were arrested and charged with murder.
The man they were trying to rob was not hurt.
Green and McQueen are each being held on 75-thousand dollars bond.
