ASU Hornets Will Face South Alabama in 2017

Alabama State football will face South Alabama for the first time in 2018, the schools announced today.
The Hornets and Jaguars will play Saturday, Oct. 13 at Ladd-Peebles Stadium, with the kickoff time to be determined. It will be Alabama State’s first football game in Mobile since 2009.
ASU Football will scrimmage this Saturday at 3:15 p.m. at ASU Stadium as part of Fall Fan Fest Weekend. Gates open at 2 p.m. and the Mighty Marching Hornets will be in attendance. Following Saturday’s scrimmage, the ASU cross country, football, soccer and volleyball teams will sign autographs at ASU Stadium.
Lady Hornet soccer kicks off the weekend with its season opener Friday at 6 p.m. vs. Georgia State at the ASU Soccer Complex.
Admission is free all weekend and concessions will be sold. Season and single game football tickets are on sale now at bamastatesports.com/tickets, via phone calling 334.229.4551, or in person at the ASU Stadium Ticket Office Monday-Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. and this Saturday from noon – 5 p.m.
RVs will be permitted to park in designated lots beginning 5 p.m. Friday until midnight Saturday for just $25. Tent tailgating will be permitted in designated lots Saturday from 7 a.m. – midnight for just $10.
