Arrest Made in a Fatal Shooting

The Montgomery police department has made an arrest in a fatal shooting.

24-year-old Ozzy Osborne of Montgomery is being charged with one count of murder.

Osborne turned himself in yesterday, following his arrest, he was taken to the Montgomery County Detention Facility, where he is being held under a 100 thousand dollar bond.

On Friday, Sept. 11 around 4:30 in the afternoon, M-P-D and Fire Medics were called to the 33 hundred block of Lower Wetumpka Road after receiving a report of a someone being shot.

There, they located 30-year-old Rodrekes Zeigler of Montgomery who sustained a fatal gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The investigation is still ongoing.
