Over 700 Officers Attend Annual Law Enforcement Summit

Attorney General Luther Strange is hosting a summit to teach law enforcement officers about developments in criminal justice. Close to 700 members of law enforcement are out for the 16th annual Summit at Frazer United Methodist Church. Officers are learning new ways to combat against crime. One of the big topics of the day, how to reduce drugs in the streets. That’s why Law Enforcement spends a lot of time, and money fighting drugs. Keeping them away from children, and reducing crime. The day wasn’t just to inform,but to honor. Attorney General Luther Strange also held a dedication for those who lost their lives in the line of duty this year. The Law Enforcement Summit started back in 2000.
