Large Crowd for Downtown Countdown in Montgomery
2015 ended with a bang in downtown Montgomery.

2015 ended with a bang in downtown Montgomery.
Alabama News Network was one of the sponsors for the celebration at the Commerce Street entertainment district.
Thousands of people filled the streets, listening to music and enjoying fireworks.
People from all over came out to enjoy the celebration.
Mike Bozeman, from Crenshaw County said, “Place to have good fun and everything and come to downtown Montgomery. ”
Herbert Smoke, from Savannah, Georgia said, “I heard Montgomery has a good time on New Years so we decided to come down and share the fun with Montgomery city.”
Last year there was an estimated more than 9,000 people at the event. This year’s crowd appeared to be just as large.
