Two Montgomery Football Players Choose Their College
MONTGOMERY, AL — Two football standouts from the Montgomery area tweeted out their college commitments this weekend.
Barton Lester, the star quarterback from Montgomery Academy has committed to the Air Force Academy.
Lester had over 2000 total yards passing and rushing last year with 24 combined touchdowns.
The second commitment came from Steven Hodges Jr. from Park Crossing.
The former Thunderbird’s wide receiver has chosen to play at Tuskegee University.
Hodges had over 500 receiving yards and seven touchdowns last season.
