Looking and feeling a lot like spring across the region this week. High pressure has setup just off the southeast coast. As a result, we get a mild southeasterly wind flow through most of the week. Temps will climb into the mid to upper 70s each day. We should see a few spots hit the 80 degree mark through midweek. Moisture will eventually be on the increase and the chance for rain returns by late Thursday. A decent soaking rain could be setting up for Friday as a disturbance passes over the state. Rainfall amounts could range between 1-3 inches in spots. Looks like our streak of sunny and dry weekends may be in jeopardy. We don’t think it’s a washout but showers will be possible especially Saturday.
