Man Charged with Sexual Abuse of Minor
On Monday, March 14th, MPD responded to the 3000 block of Highland Avenue on a call of possible sexual abuse.
After further investigation, Francisco Cardenas was developed as a suspect.
He was charged with two counts of Rape 1st, two counts of sexual abuse of a child less than 12 and one count of Sodomy 1st Degree. This is an ongoing investigation, no further information if available for public release.
