Elmore Co. Woman Reported Missing

Wendy PowellThe Elmore County Sheriff’s Department is searching for Wendy Owings Powell.

On March 3rd, the Elmore County Sheriff’s Department received an Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle report in reference to a 1998 Buick Regal LS, maroon in color, tag number #29AA243 being used by Wendy Owings Powell, 27 years of age. The vehicle has not been located and the female has not been seen or heard from since.

Investigators advise that Ms. Powell has small children and has missed regularly scheduled visitation with them. Reports indicate that Ms. Powell may be a regular user of marijuana and Adderall. Her phone is now disconnected and there has been no activity on her social media accounts since March 6th.
