The city of Troy’s Enzor Road connector project is halfway done.
The 2.5 mile project extends George Wallace Drive, while Franklin Drive extends to Oak Park, connecting Highway 231. The project also includes 4 bridges. Once complete, it is set to bring more jobs with areas of development and a Publix grocery store. Engineers say they have a great vision for the city of Troy as they work towards completion.
“This road network will open up one of the only areas that’s left in Troy for development,” says  Senior Project Manager of CDG, Tim Ransdan.
The contractor for the project plans to be finish by November 1st. Publix is scheduled to be complete early next year.
