Should Gov. Bentley Avoid Scandal Inquiries?
Governor Robert Bentley has tried to get the media to stop asking about his alleged affair. But it doesn't seem to be working.

When it comes to the Governor’s scandal, we found people on both sides of the issue.
“The media is in everybody’s business. We just need to mind our own business,” said Kelvin.
Not everyone agrees with that statement.
“He needs to answer any questions anybody has and he needs to resign…He’s running our state, we have a right to know about his life,” said Traci.
Political analyst Steve Flowers says it’s not the first time a governor has been caught in some sort of scandalous behavior.
“We had some former governors, especially one called “Big Folsom,” that were just out front and say, ‘yeah I did it. Next question. Y’all want to know all about it, I’ll tell you all about it– the situation, the affair,'” said Flowers.
Flowers says he thinks Governor Bentley should be up front with the situation, as well, and tell the media what they want to know.
“Answer the questions the reporters ask him. ‘That’s what happened. I’m sorry it happened, I’d like to move on and do something my last two and half years. Maybe we can talk about prisons, but if y’all would like to ask more questions about the affair, I’d love to talk about it if y’all want to.’ Just smile about it. He’s already a joke anyway,” said Flowers.
As for husband and wife Bill and Betty Anglin, they agree to disagree about what should happen with the topic. “Unless they find something he did illegal, that’s personal, and they ought to let it go.,” said Bill. “I think y’all should keep asking the questions…we need to find out,” said Betty.
