11th Annual Alabama Book Festival
People came out to Old Alabama Town in Montgomery today to take a look inside a book. It was all part of the 11th annual Alabama Book Festival. Authors were on hand for special book signings and for readings. The free event promotes literacy across the state. Some people even came from as far away as Chicago for the event. It’s a great place for new writers to promote their latest works. There were even free writing workshops for aspiring authors.
