New Tornado Guide Available
UA, Ala. Dept. of Insurance helped create it.
The University of Alabama and the Alabama Department of Insurance worked with a national insurance industry group to publish—and post online—a guide to preparing for tornadoes.
It includes statistical information (and information about the 2011 outbreak that killed hundreds, including six UA students), tips on preparing, and information about what to do after one strikes.
