From the West Alabama Newsroom–
Allegations of an elementary school teacher physically assaulting a student are under investigation in Wilcox County.
Kimberly Perryman wants justice when it comes to her son. The mother claims her 12 year old was physically assaulted by a teacher at J. E. Hobbs Elementary School in Camden.
Now Perryman has hired Attorney Gwendolyn Thomas Kennedy Green to help her get answers.
“I represent the interests of a little 6th grade boy who was body slammed by his teacher own teacher into a table with so much force that it actually broke the table,” said Green.
So far, Perryman has not filed a suit against the school district.
However her son has since been removed from the teachers classroom.
