Two Goshen High School Students Earn College Degree Before High School Diploma

Two high school seniors are fortunate to earn associate degrees before their high school diploma.
Cody Johnson and Dakota Wood, both of Goshen High School completed Pike Count’y School’s First in Flight and Leadership Program. The program is a partnership with Troy University and free of charge to students participating. Additionally Johnson completed the flight training portion of the program earning his private pilot license. Students say the experience has been challenging but worth it.
“It’s been an overall great experience and it’s just mind blowing and I’m just privileged to have the opportunity to complete something like this,” says Colton Johnson.
Both students receive their high school diploma’s on May 27th. They both say they plan on attending Troy University to continue their education.
