Troy Trojans Kick Off Trojan Tour 2016
The Troy Trojans are gearing up for the their upcoming season with Trojan Tour 2016.
University coaches will take the trojan spirit across the Southeast. There are seven stops on the tour in two states. Tuesday night, coaches invited fans to Veterans Memorial Stadium to start the the kick-off, expressing how thankful they are for support from fans. Coaches say it’s an exciting time for them to push harder into the next season.
“For me its kind of the wake up call that football season is almost here. It’s upon us. We’re less than a hundred days out tom our first home football game,” says Head Football Coach Neal Brown.”
“This is where we tai the south by storm and tour some major cities in the south and let the fans of different areas know what Troy University is all about,” says fan David Laliberte.
Birmingham is the first stop in tour on June 7th. The tour ends in Pensacola and Fort Walton Beach, Florida on June 11th.
