Some Serious Heat Friday!
Hazy,hot, and humid conditions dominating the region through Friday evening. Temperatures will be climbing into the upper 90s but it will feel more like 100 to 110 tomorrow afternoon. This is some serious heat so limit your time in the heat as much as possible. Showers and t-storms will be firing up throughout Friday afternoon. The storm development will help knock the heat down in spots. A frontal boundary moves through the area Friday night into early Saturday. We get on the backside of the front and this gives us some relief from the heat over the weekend. The air mass will be drier and this will lead to milder conditions especially Sunday into Monday.
