Crash in Butler Co. Claims Life of Ozark Man

A single-vehicle crash at 11:36 a.m. today, July 5,  has claimed the life of an Ozark man.

Dwayne Eddie Downie, 47, was killed when the 2007 International tractor trailer he was driving left the roadway and overturned. Downie was pronounced dead at the scene.

The crash occurred on Alabama 10 six miles east of Greenville . Nothing further is available as Alabama State Troopers continue to investigate.
