Extreme Heat Continues
We remain is this hot and humid weather pattern and it’s definitely sticking around through the upcoming weekend. NWS has placed most of the area under a heat advisory through Saturday. Daytime high temps will reach the mid to upper 90s with heat indices 100 to 107 at times. Relief will come in the form of scat’d afternoon showers and t-storms but not all of us receive them. Avoid the extreme heat during the afternoon and early evening hours if all possible.
