Typical August weather conditions have made a return to the region. Hot and humid with afternoon showers and t-storms. Temps will top out in the low to mid 90s while hovering in the mid 70s overnight. Scat’d showers and t-storms will develop each afternoon. The main threats will be frequent lightning, gusty winds, and brief heavy rainfall. Looks like we stay in the weather pattern through the week into the upcoming weekend.
