Remains Positively Identified as Missing Millbrook Man

Millbrook police now confirm that human remains found in the city are that of a missing man.

Police say an autopsy showed they were the remains of 44-year-old Carl Cogdell, who was reported missing back in June.

The remains were found in a pond in the area of Valleybrook Drive and Cobbs Ford Road.

They say right now they don’t believe there was foul play, but the investigation continues.
