Fans Celebrate Kick Off to Football Season
The time has finally come. College Football is back and fans are celebrating.
Thursday night, Black Finn Ameripub in Montgomery held a tailgate to kick off the start of football season. SEC college alumni clubs were invited to come out and enjoy tailgate food and watch the game.
Alabama and Auburn fans we talked to say they are looking forward to what the season has to offer.
“Our defense is probably stronger. I think Coach Saban has proved with 3 first quarterbacks he can win national championships. He’s put that to rest,” said Bama fan Vince Saele.
“I think we’re going to have an alright year this year. I definitely don’t think we’re quite there to be national championship contenders yet, but should be an exciting year to watch,” said Auburn fan Daniel Drew.
Auburn and Alabama will open their seasons this Saturday – – Auburn plays Clemson in Auburn.
Alabama plays USC at AT&T stadium in Arlington Texas.
