Nice Sunday Ahead!

It was a great start to the weekend today. Temperatures topped out in the mid 80s with plenty of sunshine. Dry air continues to move into the area from the northwest which will support more pleasant weather for the next several days. Tonight, temperatures fall into the mid to upper 50s areawide with skies remaining mostly clear. Tomorrow will feature plenty of sunshine again, with highs in the mid 80s.

The dry weather pattern continues into the start of the week as well. We will be in a slight warming trend however, with afternoon highs slowly nearing the 90 degree mark by the middle of the workweek. After that, looks like a backdoor cold front makes a run at us from the east, dropping high temperatures back into the mid 80s to end the week. Another cold front will clear the area from the northwest on Saturday or Sunday, and that will potentially drop temperatures further, back into the upper 70s to low 80s for highs.

The week ahead looks to be very dry, with only isolated rain chances arriving late in the week thanks to the backdoor front.
