It’s Monday and time to meet this week’s Golden Apple Award Winner. Our winner this week comes from Park Crossing High School in the Montgomery Public School System, our own Ryan Stinnett has more with this week’s Golden Apple Award.
It is said that mathematics is the universal language, our Golden Apple Winner this week makes sure his students speak it fluently before leaving his class. For over 12 year, Derek Simon, at Park Crossing High School, has been instilling confidence in his Algebra 1 students, which lays a solid foundation in mathematics. Â
