MPD Arrest Teen on Rape Charges
On Oct. 10, MPD charged Emanuel Bennett, 19, of Montgomery with two counts of first-degree rape and two counts of first-degree sodomy in connection with the sexual assault of a juvenile female.
MPD investigators placed Bennett in the Montgomery County Detention Facility, where he was being held under bonds totaling $240,000.
MPD’s investigation, which was initiated last week, is continuing.
