Nice Cool Down Ahead !
More record high temps are ahead for us the next few days. Looks like highs will hover around the 90 degree mark so that’s just enough to break records. A cold front will head into the area on Thursday. This system will kickoff a round of showers and t-storms across the deep south. We may see a shower or two Thursday night but this wont be a drought buster by any means. Much cooler air will spills into the area behind the front Friday. We drop into the 40s over the upcoming weekend. Looks like abundant sunshine both days with highs hovering into the 70s for a nice change.
