Golden Apple: Rachelle Agin
Our Golden Apple Award winner this week comes from the Autauga County School System. Rachelle Agin at Pine Level Elementary says a lot has changed in the 20 plus years she has been an educator., but her ability to change with the times is why she has been selected as this week”s Golden Apple Award Winner.
Rachelle Agin says, “It is much more handson, the children interact we are trying to get them to think deeper and to interact and learn to not just learn from me, but to learn from each other. They get to formulate ideas and get their own thoughts and to actually get to bring to life what is in their mind.”
