Tuskegee to play 10th regular season game for 2016

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (goldentigersports.com) —  The Tuskegee University athletic department announced that the 14th-ranked Golden Tigers will play their 10th regular season contest this season against the loser of the Fort Valley State-Albany State contest taking place this afternoon.

The game will be played at their respective venue, with game time to be announced at a later date.

With the contest Tuskegee will meet the 10-game regular season requirement set forth by the NCAA to qualify for the NCAA Division II playoffs where they are currently fourth overall in the Super Region 2 standings.
