Wanda Moultry Appointed to Troy’s District 5 Council Seat
The Troy City Council has finally filled their empty District 5 Seat that once belonged to former Councilwoman, the late Dejerilyn Henderson.
Moultry was the only candidate to run against Henderson in Troy’s August city elections. This will not be Moultry’s first time serving on the Troy City Council.
She was a council member for 16 years before being defeated by Henderson in 2012.
