Montgomery Police Investigating Homicide

Montgomery police are investigating a homicide.

21-year-old D’Vonte Flonnoy of Montgomery was shot and killed Thursday in the 5600 block of Carmichael Road.

Flonnoy was one of eight people that were charged in the in the shooting death of 41-year-old Tracy Edwards of Montgomery. That shooting happened in October of last year in the 600 block of South Holt Street near Club Big Boyz.

Flonnoy was out on bond in that case.
