Steve Harvey Prepares for Turkey Day Classic
An eventful week is ahead for Alabama State fans, preparing for this year’s Turkey Day Classic hosted by Steve Harvey.
Harvey addressed fans Saturday morning, filling them on the excitement.
Harvey teed off in the ASU celebrity golf tournament at the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail in Prattville. Before the tournament he assured fans there will be plenty of fun for everyone at this year’s Turkey Day Classic. He says he he hopes to see students and alumni supporting the hornets as they prepare to take on Miles College in the big game.
“My son and his friend have joined forces to partner with the student body here at Alabama State to see exactly what it is that they want,” says Harvey.
Sunday’s Turkey Day Classic Gospel Explosion kicks off at the Dunn-Oliver Acadome at 4 pm featuring gospel artists, Byron Cage, Kirk Franklin, and Erica Campbell.
