Passing Showers Tonight
A frontal boundary is approaching from the west tonight. Passing showers will be possible ahead and along the front overnight into early Thursday. The front will slow as it slides into our southeastern counties. This could keep clouds lingering and the chance for a shower going into Thursday afternoon. A strong push of cooler air will knock the frontal boundary farther to our east on Friday. This will set the stage for a sunny and cooler weekend. High pressure will be overhead providing the quiet weather. Another front works toward the area early next week. Looks like a decent chance for showers and t-storms Tuesday into Tuesday night. We could even see a few strong to severe storms with this system. The fall severe weather season is underway so we will have to keep an eye on the development of this system. Have a Happy Thanksgiving Holiday!
