Wilcox Co. Student to Attend Presidential Inauguration

A student from Wilcox Central High School has been selected to attend the inauguration of Donald Trump as President.

When the 45th President of the United States is sworn into office Wilcox Central senior Myia McMillian will be right there to witness the historic event.

McMillian was chosen to attend the inauguration by the Envision High School Summit Scholars Program.

“A lot of people from around here don’t get this chance so that’s my first thing, I mean, its amazing,” said McMillian. “I’m in 12th grade. Next year I’ll be going off to college or join the military and this is a lot to put under my belt.”
