Rosa Parks Avenue at the Southern Boulevard is closed due to an overturned log truck. Southbound traffic on Rosa Parks approaching the Boulevard is being turned around. Traffic attempting to turn onto Rosa Parks from the Boulevard is being re-routed down the Boulevard. Traffic on the boulevard at Rosa Parks is open but traffic is moving slowly. Motorists are encouraged to take an alternate route.
