Much Colder Overnight

A cold front has moved south of us and now much cooler air works into the region. Clear and cold conditions greet us early Saturday but temps will rebound to near 60 degrees by afternoon. It will warm a bit more and a few spots see a passing shower on Sunday. A more significant warm up kicks in early next week. We are looking at mid to upper 70s by Tuesday. Along with the warm temps comes an unstable air mass as another front approaches. A round of showers and t-storms move through here Tuesday night into early Wednesday. This system could generate a few strong to possibly severe storms. After we get past that hurdle, it’s back to sunny but cool weather conditions for the remainder of next week.
