Rainy Days Ahead

Video Forecast Available on our Facebook Page!

The rain is back this evening, and we’ll see plenty more over the next few days. It won’t be a continuous rain, but on and off rain showers can be expected through Wednesday. Tonight, the bulk of the rainfall should taper off from west to east, but additional light showers will be possible overnight. Temperatures may actually rise a bit overnight, so expect lows near the mid 50s. Some light rain will be around Monday morning, but won’t be very impactful for the morning commute. Rain gear is recommended, since pockets of rain will be likely for the afternoon and early evening. High temperatures will generally top out in the lower 60s Monday afternoon.

More rain for Tuesday with highs possibly reaching the lower 70s for most of the area. Rain also now appears more likely on Wednesday than previous days, at least for the first half of the day. A frontal boundary should clear at least the rain out of our area late Wednesday and Thursday. Still, above-average temperatures are expected for Wednesday and Thursday, with highs in the 60s. Thursday could be our one dry day before another system impacts us towards next weekend, bringing a chance for rain Friday through the weekend. For now, doesn’t look like we will see a significant cooldown over the next 8 days, with high temperatures still projected in the 60s for Friday through Sunday. Lows will be milder this week, with 40s to around 50 for Wednesday through Sunday Night.
