It’s Cold (What Else Is New?)
It was a very chilly morning, with wind chills in the mid teens at times. This afternoon, a gusty northwest breeze will keep wind chills between about 25-30°. Actual temperatures probably won’t make it out of the 30s. Expect a high near 39° in Montgomery, with a sunny sky through the afternoon. Tonight will be very cold again, with lows in the upper teens to low 20s. This time, the winds should subside somewhat so we won’t have to deal with the wind chill at least. Friday will be a cool and sunny day, with highs in the lower 40s. Friday night will be another cold night with lows near 20, but that should be our final night falling into the low 20s.
The “road to recovery” from the cold begins Saturday. High temps will be near 50, and Saturday night low temperatures will range from 25 to 30°. High temps should be back in the 50s on Sunday, with a chance for rain by the evening. Sunday Night lows will finally be milder- near 40 degrees. Rain continues to start next week, but should be gone by Tuesday. Next week appears milder, with highs in the 50s and 60s.
