Another Cold Night Ahead

..But Warmer Temps Make A Comeback

We’ve been talking about a return to milder temperatures for a few days now, but we’ve got a little more of the cold pattern to get through first. Today, most locations should top out in the mid-40s. A clear sky with a few cirrus clouds can be expected this afternoon through tonight. With a calm wind tonight, temperatures will fall into the low and mid-20s again. It’s a good idea to leave faucets dripping slightly one more time tonight.

Saturday will be another few degrees warmer than Friday. Highs will reach the upper 40s with a few locations reaching 50°. Saturday Night will also be cold, with lows ranging from the mid to upper 20s. After that though, temperatures get a boost with a south to southeast wind finally returning Sunday. Rain will also be possible late in the day ahead of our next storm system. The best chance for rain over the next 8 days looks like Monday, and we could see rain throughout the day. For now, looks like rain is out of the area for Tuesday and Wednesday, with highs near 60 degrees. Another chance for rain arrives towards the end of next work-week.
